I’ve been so excited to share photos from this gorgeous and heartfelt wedding from last spring at The Vue Columbus. It’s a really unique space right in the middle of the Brewery District just south of the heart of downtown Columbus. With it’s cool industrial vibe filled with lots of plants and modern decor, and it’s convenient location, it’s no wonder why this is becoming one of the most popular event spaces in the downtown Columbus area.
Katie and Sam rented a home through AirBnB for the bride and bridesmaids to hang out and get ready, while the guys prepped for the day at a friend’s home.
Can’t you just feel her genuine joy looking at these photos? What a gem she is! There are few things I enjoy more about my job than getting to witness (and document!) people having the best time on their wedding days with all of their loved ones.
Katie’s mother-in-law and sisters-in-law came to share in the excitement. Such a FUN crew all around!
Sam just hanging out getting ready to see his bride-to-be! I love the window light and decor at The Vue. There are so many nice places to create portraits should you end up with less than stellar weather.
Here she is again, just beaming with happiness and excitement to see Sam!
Come ON – could they be any cuter? Well yes, yes they can. Just keep scrolling!
I have to take a moment to give a huge kudos to Old Slate Farm who did a PHENOMENAL job with the flowers and overall decor. They have such a beautiful aesthetic and I loved the way they worked with this color palette using the soft grays and white ceramic candlesticks mixed in with the touches of mercury glass votives. More gorgeous details below!
I LOVE this gorgeous ivy wall just outside of The Vue. It makes for such a great backdrop for photos and conveniently ties into the aesthetic inside the space.
You gotta love hanging out with such a fun group of people all day! Great people really do make all the positive difference in anything!
