Wildflowers and modern studio vibes for Violet's senior session | Columbus Ohio Senior Portraits

Such an incredible session with Violet, a Class of 2026 senior from Canal Winchester! She chose a mix of studio time and a gorgeous outdoor setting for her session.

She is a very talented dancer and has spent so much time dedicated to it and we wanted to capture that. The studio was the best place for us to create some modern artistic portraits of that. We were able to create two very different vibes - one with a softer natural feel and another with much more dramatic lighting. I love playing in the studio - especially with dancers!

My favorite set from the studio shots. I just love the simplicity!

While I could have spent many more hours creating in the studio, sunset would be coming soon so we headed to the Community Gardens at Franklin Park Conservatory for the peak light of the day.

Life goes by in the blink of an eye. No one knows more than a parent how quickly it seems to go from this...

...to this!

We definitely had a little fun with this one! A huge thank you to Violet and her mom for choosing me to create these beautiful portraits of such an exciting time. I have no doubt Violet with find success in whatever she pursues. Congrats!
